WELCOME
This site is designed to promote and give visitors information about our new work of musical theatre. DRACULA in its 2006 edition is the culmination of 6 very industrious years to create a musical theatre piece based on Bram Stoker's gothic thriller.
While many composers and writers have attempted to adapt the novel or have been inspired by its legacy, none have come close to providing an accurate and faithful translation of the masterpiece. No production has endured a great amount of success and it is clear that none of these incarnations match the success of the original novel.
It becomes increasingly clear that these other Dracula incarnations focus too much on the villain and trying to give him a voice, rather than concentrating on the very strong story line of human endurance and love. This is the focus of our Dracula musical and that is its strength.
Grace Burson, Margaret Pritchard (Book and Lyrics) and I have worked hard to create a lavish work of original theatre which preserves the original dialogue from the novel and engenders the majestic terror. This site contains all the information about the project. You can read the synopsis, hear the music and learn about the creation of the musical as well as its staging requirements.
I am confident that with the right group of people that DRACULA could make the West End in the future. Please feel free to get in touch with us if you would like to know anything else about the show, or would like to find out how you can help this musical in its road to being performed on a stage.
I am delighted to announce that we have recently recorded songs from the show and hope that you will enjoy listening to the musical.
